Crossing the White River at Ellistown  Contributor's Pick!
A calm and low White River enabled this shot to be taken on a beautiful fall day. INRD 4002 leads three of its sister SD40-2's across the White River at Ellistown, a famous railroading location where the NYC, IC and Monon railroads all crossed at a single location. All that remains nowadays is the former IC route, now owned by the Indiana Rail Road.
